My gosh!! I have my first bbq catering gig for 80 people in a few weeks and
this helped me out tremendously. I will be cooking leg quarters, potato
salad and baked beans with a roll per the customers request!

you didn’t mention how many tri tips for a party for 100 people?
Hi Doug mentioned that it is 6 persons per Tri tip so I would say to round
it off you will need about 17 tri tips per 100 guests.
